PREPARATION
1:Peel the plantains and cut them into thick round slices of about 2 to 3 cm.
2:Fry the plantains slices until the color changes to light brown, take the pieces out.
3:Flatten the plantain with a plate or cutting board. It is important to cover the plantain with a piece of plastic wrap for both sides or use a plastic bag.
4:Put the flat slices of plantain back into the oil until both sides are golden brown
5:Dried them on a paper towel, sprinkle with salt and serve.
