Bolon de plátano

INGREDIENTS
 2 green plantains
 Salt
Grated mozzarella cheese
 Olive oil

 
PREPARATION

  1.  Peel the plantains and cut them in half.
  2.  Boil water in a pot and add 1 tablespoon of salt.
  3.  Add the plantains and simmer for about 20 minutes.
  4.  Remove the plantains from the pot and knead. Add a teaspoon of olive oil, salt and the grated mozzarella cheese. Knead with your hands until the ingredients are integrated.
  5.  Shape it into a ball with your hands.
  6.  Fry the bolones until a crispy layer forms on the outside. And ready!
