PREPARATION
- Peel the plantains and cut them in half.
- Boil water in a pot and add 1 tablespoon of salt.
- Add the plantains and simmer for about 20 minutes.
- Remove the plantains from the pot and knead. Add a teaspoon of olive oil, salt and the grated mozzarella cheese. Knead with your hands until the ingredients are integrated.
- Shape it into a ball with your hands.
- Fry the bolones until a crispy layer forms on the outside. And ready!
